Phone rescue mission ends in failure for ‘foolish’ Mount Fuji climber

The Japanese have a famous idiom about its highest mountain. It almost translates it as a translation, “a wise man once climbs a mount soldier. Only a fool climbs twice.” Even bigger hair is a few days out of the official climbing season – twice in the second time to recover the lost smartphone during the first attempt. But that’s what happened.

A Chinese citizen who recently visited the mountain had no knowledge of the famous view. Nor did he realize that measuring a 3,776 meter height of the year at this time is extremely effective due to severe conditions, including snow, snow and weather malfunction.

Last Tuesday, on his first attempt to climb the mountain, a 27 -year -old Tokyo resident was trapped after losing his trumpet, which was helping him to walk across the snow and snow. Unable to land, it had to be rescued by a helicopter.

Blessed, the same man decided to return to the mountain for a few days to recover some of the goods, which he left behind with his smartphone.

It didn’t work well, either, when he suffered a severe height and – you guessed – he had to save the second time in just a few days. However, this time, the helicopter was left back to the base and instead a rescue team brought it down.

Police said the man was expected to fully recover. It is unclear whether he managed to find his phone.

The Mount Soldier’s climb season runs from early July to early September. An official website for those interested in dealing with the famous historical mark says: “Mount Soldier is a charming mountain but should not be taken lightly. Please collect enough information before climbing,” he added: “From October to mid -June, the weather and snow, snow and snow, snow and snow.”

BBC News noted Many users on X have criticized the mountaineer for ignoring the safety advice (and this idiom), while also suggested that it works for self -protection missions.
