“Hola, Ajidrez” means “Hello, Chess” in Spanish. You have always been able to learn the Spanish language on Dollingo. And you will soon be able to learn and practice chess on the language learning app. Dollingo announced on April 22 that beta Tester can now follow the game of centuries -old board games in Dollingo, and will be able to learn the game on the app in a few other months.

The purpose of Dolingo Chess lessons is to be friendly to the early people
I talked to a Dollingo representative about the coming lessons. He said that the company wants to continue expanding what people can learn through the app, and chess was an initial contender.
Chess “is one of the things that any age group can learn … but then anything that really takes a 10,000 -hour theory into the master,” Edwan BodgeSaid a senior product manager with Dollingo. “We thought it would really fit with the Dolengo Medium.”
When I asked why people would use dolingo on other places of chess learning and tools, Budge said that many of the chess content has been developed by advanced users, not newcomers. “We have seen a really great opportunity to take care of the medium (player) and try and increase access to the game,” he said.
Chess lessons are slightly different from others that you can find on Dollingo, such as Spanish and mathematics, but the development system is similar. And the Dolingo showed me, the lesson really begins on the square One, or A1 Chess.

Chess lessons feel like other doolingo lessons
When you start, Dolingo asks how much you know about chess, such as in the other lessons of the app. Dollingo will then adjust the lessons according to your response. If you say that you are absolutely new to chess and they have no knowledge of the game, the early lessons will focus on how each piece goes before catching other pieces and checking the king. Other lessons are similar to mini -chachans where you can be asked to occupy different pieces with the same piece, such as your knight or stop, in four tricks or less.
You can access the indicators of every lesson, but if you find anything wrong, your opponent will react to you to show that you have left a piece open for arrest, such as in a real match. And if you get something wrong, Dolingo will show you what to do. “If you go wrong multiple times, finally we will show you an arrow where you just move,” said Semi Siegel, a software engineer in Dollingo.
If you subscribe to Dolingo Max and make mistakes in a language lesson, the app can explain the error – and what is the correct solution – with the feature that is explained by me. However, this feature will not yet be available with chess lessons. It is not always easy to explain why something is right or wrong in chess because there are many millions of different tricks.
The progress in chess is like other doolingo lessons, so it should be familiar with people who have used the first app.
“We want to improve full explanations,” Siggel said. “AI and model training is a mixture that we hope to better explain why a particular step is wrong.” Since there are a lot of tricks in chess, it is possible to take steps that can be correct but not the best options, but you do not know the best. Although playing against the Oscar is good practice, you will not be able to compete against other players when you launch chess lessons. But Dollingo said that matches against other people are the thing they are looking for, so you will be able to play against a friend on the app in the future. “One of the major reasons we are doing is that we think we can earn a whole generation of people interested in chess,” said Bodge.
The new lessons of Dollingo’s chess are now available in the beta version and will begin to exit iOS in English in May. Dollingo said he was working to bring these lessons into Android devices and more languages in the coming months.
